Is PhotoGongju really free?

Yes! Basic ID photo generation (1-inch, 2-inch with white/blue/red backgrounds) is completely free. AI background removal is also free. Premium features like HD output (>1920px) and batch processing are available with our affordable VIP plans.

How does the AI background removal work?

We use a U²-Net deep learning model (ONNX runtime) that has been trained on thousands of images to accurately separate people from backgrounds. The model runs locally on our servers — your photos are never sent to third-party APIs.

What photo formats and sizes do you support?

We support JPG, PNG, WEBP, BMP, and TIFF formats up to 50MB. Output is available in 295×413 (1-inch), 413×579 (2-inch), and 50+ other preset sizes for passports, visas, and social media platforms.

Is my photo data safe and private?

Absolutely. Uploaded photos are automatically deleted after 7 days. We use secure shredding (data overwrite) for all deleted files. We never share or sell your photos to third parties.
